IT IN STOCK? We have live online inventory, so if you can add an item to your
shopping cart, it is in stock & ready to be shipped* If something is out of
stock, we do not have a date when it will be back in. Keep checking back on the
website, it is updated daily as merchandise arrives daily. *
Items labeled Special Order or (SO)
may require extra processing time and are
subject to availability.
In stock orders
are shipped out within 1 -2 business days after we receive your order Monday -
Friday. Most orders placed by 2pm EST ship the same business
day. Please indicate the date you need it. Also take into consideration
that packages may be delivered up to 8:00pm your local time.

Due to the seasonality of our business, we DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS on purchases
made between October 15th & October 31st. You may exchange items
purchased during this time for items of equal or greater value. Please

1. Our CONTACT PAGE has information

2. Our ORDERING PAGE has Tracking Information, Shipping
Prices, and How to Order. 3. Will my package be left at the front
door or is a signature required? Most orders do not need a signature to be delivered.
The delivery driver will most likely leave packages at the front door if it is
deemed safe. We cannot accommodate any special requests or instructions on where
the delivery driver should leave a package. If you feel that a signature should
be required for package delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Only express packages can be sent with a signature required. 4. Military APO & FPO ADDRESSES: We do ship
to Military APO and FPO addresses via US Priority Mail. Delivery time to the Military
is 3 - 5 days. Then it is up to the Military to deliver the package to the recipient.
Please leave enough time for the post office and the military to deliver your
package.Please allow 15 business days for delivery. For the shipping price, just
use our shipping chart listed on the ordering information
page.
5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do ship all over the world! International shipping
is $50.00 and is shipped via the US Post Office: Express Mail, which takes about
3 - 5 days to get to your country's customs department. Please see our International
Order Information Page for details.
For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
and any other US possessions there is no additional charge. See our chart on the
ORDERING INFORMATION PAGE. 6. CHILD SIZING
INFORMATION: Our costume sizes are equivalent to children's clothing sizes,
*not ages*. If your child is an in-between size, we recommend that you go with
the next size up. We always say it is better to have the costume be a little too
big rather than a little too Small! CLICK HERE to see our
sizing information. 7. ADULT SIZING INFORMATION: Some costumes
are only made in One Size. This does not mean that One Size fits all. Most men's
One Size costumes will fit up to a Large. Most women's One Size costumes will
fit up to a size 10 or 12. CLICK HERE to see our sizing
information. 8. LADIES SIZING INFORMATION: Small = dress sizes
4 through 6, Medium = dress sizes 8 through 10, Large = dress sizes 10-12, XLarge
= 12 -14, plus = dress sizes 14 - 20. CLICK HERE to see
our sizing information. 9. MEN'S SIZING INFORMATION: Small =
jacket size 34 -36, Medium = jacket size 38-40, Large = jacket size 42 - 44, XLarge
= jacket size 46 - 48. CLICK HERE to see our sizing
information. 10. INCLUSIONS: Each costume only includes what
is listed with it. Any other accessories worn by the model would be extra. Please

at Extreme Halloween do not make the costumes, so we do not have control over
these changes that the manufacturers sometimes make. We are doing our best to
keep our site descriptions and pictures as up to date and accurate as possible.

allowed on orders placed between October 15th and October 31st..
12. CATALOG: We do not have a costume catalog available in print. You can always
view our products here online though! 13. SHOPPING CART: Our
shopping cart is set up to process credit card orders only. It is a safe and secure
way to send your credit card information to us. We have state of the art security
features; we take our website security very seriously. You can also order by sending

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: The shopping cart will let you know if the item you are ordering
is out of stock. You can complete the order if you have other items that you are
ordering. As it nears closer to Halloween, items that are sold out are most likely
not going to be available for Halloween. Please make a second choice and order
that now. We do not back order any out of stock items and we can not take an order
for an item that we do not have. PLEASE
