PURCHASE ORDER INFORMATION

We accept Purchase Orders from schools and government organizations.
Minimum for Purchase Orders is $100.00.

Please fax a signed copy of your Purchase Order to us at (954) 862-1071.
Make sure to include the following:
1. Billing Name & Address.
2. Shipping Name & Address.
3. At least one contact phone number.
4. Your Fax Number
5. List of items you would like to purchase.
6. Write "Net 30 Days" on the purchase order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION & PRICING:

Shipping is via UPS service within the continental United States.

$100.00 minimum for purchase orders please!

For orders $100.00 to $120.00:

Ground = $12.00

*Next Business Day Delivery: $35.00

2 Business Day Delivery: $25.00

3 Business Day Delivery: $15.00

Ground
For orders over $100.00 = 10% of total order.

For orders $300.01 and up = 8% of total order

*Next Business Day delivery: 25% of order total

2 Business Day Delivery: 20% of order total

3 Business Day Delivery: 15% of order total

This is due to box dimensional weight and/or actual weight.

NOTE: PLEASE ALLOW 4 - 6 WEEKS DELIVERY TIME FOR SHOES & BOOTS

We do ship to APO and FPO addresses via US Priority Mail. Just follow the chart above for Standard shipping charges. Those packages are sent out via US Post Office Priority Mail 3 - 5 day delivery to your APO or FPO address. Delivery time depends on the military.

All charges labeled as "shipping" are to mean the shipping and handling fee. Completing an order on our shopping cart means that you agree to our terms, conditions and prices. Before calling or faxing, please review our policies. When you place an order with us over the phone, fax , e-mail or through the mail, you also agree to our terms, conditions and prices.

HOW TO ORDER:

When sending your Purchase order, please fax a signed copy of the Purchase Oorder, and include your phone number with your order in case an item is out of stock. Also, if ordering costumes please specify whether you want a child or adult size costume.

Please allow applicable shipping time for your order. Orders shipped within the continental United States can take up to 7-10 days for delivery.

Florida residents, please add 6% sales tax. $100.00 minimum on all Purchase orders.

Please make sure to send us a street address (Sorry, no P. O. Boxes).

In stock orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days after we receive your order Monday - Friday. Most orders received before 2pm EST are shipped out the same day. Please indicate the date you need it. Also take into consideration that packages may delivered up to 8:00pm.

Please note that ground orders made in September and October will be shipped out within 3 business days due to the fact that it is our busy season. For orders shipped out in December, delivery times are not guaranteed because of the shipping companies. Fed Ex is backed up with the volume of packages and cannot guarantee delivery in time.

Shipping charges are subject to change due to size and weight.

We will make every effort to get your package delivered to you by the date you request it. However, Extreme Halloween cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping for any reason. Extreme Halloween is not liable for any package once it has been picked up from our location by a shipping company.
